Didn't take much pictures, but had a great time at the hotel. It has hot tub, gym, and pool. I took a single star away for few issues. The sauna seems to not be working, and breakfast for members was very limited at least on the weekends. Still see myself coming back there again this year. Great weekend away from home.

Had a great weekend stay! The lobby was warm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is super convenient—close to everything I needed. Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. You can tell the hotel is a bit dated, though. The carpets and some wallpaper could use a refresh, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I really like this hotel. I’ve had to stay here a few times on business. The rooms are really nice and the service is great. They have a very nice concierge lounge on the top floor. The hotel gym is also very nice with a lot of equipment, so it’s never too crowded. Good location right by a target and shopping mall so anything you need is right here by the hotel.
I'll open this by admitting I've never personally stayed at this hotel, but I visit it yearly for a convention. Every year the service staff are cordial and helpful, even to non guests. They seem extraordinarily happy to host the event and engage in festivities. Always a pleasure to see them.
Even under the duress of a convention and a holiday weekend they never fail to be friendly, helpful and reliable. Rooms aren't quite modern but have all the amenities and are clean. The restaurants are great and room service is awesome. Ballrooms are well kept and tended to. Location is fantastic between walking distance to target and the mall and the full shopping area of Lombard right there. love this place
Comfortable stay. Room: GOOD. Comfortable stay. I got to stay in the Club floor and it was very convenient to access the Club Lounge, which had decent food options for breakfast. There is afternoon appetizers but I didn't attend. Beautiful lobby and nice layout for events. Service: GOOD. Early check in was available at the time of my travel. Super accommodating staff. Location: GOOD. This was convenient for my trip and very easy to get to ORD.
